Your breath is something you do all day, every day but most of us were never taught how to breathe well.
This practical and supportive workshop is designed to bring you back to the basics. You’ll learn how your breath actually works, how nasal vs mouth breathing impacts your body and mind, and how to reconnect with your breath in a way that feels steady, empowering, and sustainable.
Through a mix of education, gentle movement, guided breathing, and deep rest, you’ll explore:
✔️ The foundations of breathing well—including the role of posture and the diaphragm
✔️ The difference between nasal and mouth breathing (and why it matters)
✔️ Simple, accessible breath practices to support calm, connection, and nervous system regulation
✔️ A restorative Yoga Nidra to integrate what you've learned
You won’t be pushed into intense emotional states, nor will this be about chasing a quick fix. Instead, you’ll walk away with sustainable tools that you can use in real life, whenever you need them.
Breathwork isn’t just about technique, it’s about building a relationship with your body, learning to trust your inner cues, and remembering that support is always just one breath away.

None of us arrives in life as separate, self-contained individuals.
We come from families, histories, cultures; people and events that shaped the ground we stand on.
Those influences live within us. They shape how we relate, how we respond under pressure, and the roles we step into without realising it.
At times, this appears as repeating patterns.
You move through life functioning well on the surface, yet the same tensions keep returning.
You may find yourself overextend in relationships.
Feeling responsible for more than is truly yours.
Watching familiar conflicts resurface.
Noticing health symptoms that won’t quite settle.
Experiencing work or financial stress that follows a similar pattern each time.
Family Constellations takes a systemic perspective. Instead of looking only at your personal story, we explore how unresolved events, losses, exclusions, or entanglements within the family system may still be shaping your present life.
In this workshop, we gently bring those inherited roles and unseen loyalties into awareness.
The aim is not to analyse you.
It is to understand what is shaping your current reality and allow a different response to become possible.
This is a group process.
Some participants will explore their own constellation, while others take part as representatives, an experience that often brings personal insight.
You don’t need prior experience, preparation, or a clear “issue.” You’re invited to take part in a way that feels right for you.
Many people leave with a clearer understanding of their situation and begin making different choices in areas that once felt stuck.
This workshop can support you if you’re noticing:
• Repeating family or relationship tensions
• Ongoing health concerns
• Workplace conflict or career uncertainty
• Financial stress or recurring money patterns
• Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling stuck
• A general sense of disconnection
Group numbers are intentionally small to support depth and care.
• Arrival and settling
• Grounding practices
• Introduction to the constellation process
• Small group exploration
• Group constellation work, with pauses as needed
• Lunch break
• Continued constellation work
• Closing grounding and integration
The flow of the day remains responsive to what unfolds within the group.
All participants will receive:
• A follow-up email with reflections and integration guidance
• A special discount for a 1:1 session
I look forward to seeing you and being in space together. ✨

A supportive space to recalibrate, reset, and return to yourself.
This restorative session offers a grounded, embodied way to return to yourself through movement, breath, stillness, and sound.
We’ll gently shift out of the noise of the day and into the body, using gentle movement, simple breathwork, and supported rest. Crystal bowls will accompany the process, offering a calm and spacious resonance to support your system from the inside out.
This isn’t about adding anything to your plate. It’s about creating space for your body to soften, your mind to quieten, and your system to settle so you can meet yourself with clarity and steadiness.
This session also makes a thoughtful Christmas gift, something meaningful for someone who needs a pause more than another thing to unwrap.
Together, we’ll explore:
✔️ Movement to ease you out of the day and into your body
✔️ Breathwork that steadies your internal rhythm
✔️ Restorative stillness supported by props and presence
✔️ The gentle sound of crystal bowls to soothe and anchor

Weekly Online Breathwork to Reconnect and Reset
If you’ve ever struggled to meditate, breathwork can be the bridge.
Join this 20-minute live online session from Marrickville in Sydney’s Inner West to learn how to use your breath to steady the mind and settle the body.
Each week we explore simple, practical techniques to:
• calm stress and tension
• support focus and clarity
• restore balance and presence
You’ll leave feeling more centred, grounded, and connected, ready to carry that steadiness into the rest of your day.
No experience needed, just bring yourself and your breath.

Breathing happens all the time.
Yet many people notice that when life becomes demanding, the breath no longer feels like support.
Focus drifts.
The body stays quietly braced.
Even rest doesn’t quite bring back the steadiness it used to.
The breathwork workshop is for anyone wanting to feel more clear, steady, and capable in themselves by learning how to create a reliable internal base you can return to in everyday life, especially when things feel busy and uncertain.
Here, the breath becomes something practical.
A steady companion you can work with.
The kind of support that continues well beyond the session itself.
Through a gentle mix of short education, guided breathing practices, and time to rest and integrate, you’ll explore how breathing works when it’s supportive and how small shifts can make a real difference.
During the workshop, we’ll spend time with:
How breathing actually works, and why rhythm often matters more than effort
The difference between equal and unequal breathing, and how to choose what supports you in the moment
Simple, accessible breath practices you can use at home, at work, or when pressure is present
A guided Yoga Nidra relaxation at the end, to allow everything to settle.
The emphasis throughout is on steadiness, choice, and self trust.
Learning how to respond to yourself with clarity rather than urgency.
Finding ways to work with the breath that feel sustainable, supportive, and easy to return to.
The work here is about building stability and strength from the inside, at a pace the body can integrate into daily life.
Breathwork doesn’t need to be performed or perfected.
It’s a relationship, one that grows through familiarity, trust, and listening to your own cues.
If this approach resonates, you’re warmly invited to join.
Spaces are limited to keep the group well supported, and the workshop is offered in person to allow time, guidance, and space to work with the breath in a grounded, practical way.
Looking forward to welcoming you and sharing the space together.
