Gentle Yoga in Marrickville for Strength, Balance & Calm
This gentle yoga class is designed to support your body and calm your mind—through slow, mindful movement and steady breath.
We’ll focus on improving strength, balance, and body awareness using functional yoga postures and controlled breathing. Breathwork is woven throughout the class, helping you feel more present and at ease. We close with a short guided relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
Open to all levels, including beginners, older adults, and those returning to practice.
Held by the Cooks River in Marrickville and welcoming students from Tempe, Earlwood, Wolli Creek, Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park and beyond.
