Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga classes offer a multitude of benefits, ranging from learning the fundamentals to overcoming fears or injuries, and enhancing your yoga, breathwork and meditation practice. They provide a highly effective and efficient way to cater to individual needs, ensuring a personalised yoga experience within a safe and supportive environment. To kickstart your practice tailored to your specific requirements, it is recommended to participate in at least 2-3 sessions spread over a month. This enables you to confidently and safely enjoy your practice in your preferred environment and at your own pace.

Once you have established a regular personal practice at home, it is advisable to continue with follow-up private sessions every 3-4 weeks. These sessions serve to address any concerns or questions you may have while allowing for the deepening and updating of your practice based on your current progress. Regardless of your ability or experience level, you are warmly welcomed.
